At the time of writing, still no company has been able to produce an approved ARB HS 2012 standard helmet. We, and other retailers in Australia, have very limited supply of existing International approved helmets as we had been led to believe that a new ARB approved helmet would have been available by February. If you are wanting to purchase a LAS or GPA helmet, please give us a call to see what sizes are available as we are attempting to source a small supply of these to assist customers who cannot wait any longer for a new ARB HS 2012 standard helmet to be released. As per previous alerts:
Any helmet you purchase now may only be valid for approx 12 to 18 months, as all jockeys and trackwork riders in Australia will be required to purchase a new ARB HS 2012 standard helmet by a date yet to be confirmed by the ARB.
